  rural healthcare).\n\nAbout the speaker:\n\nAinsley is a Harvard-trained
  neuroradiologist and former Chief AI Officer and Chief Medical
  Information Officer at Kaiser Permanente\, where she led large-scale
  digital and AI deployments across a 12-million-patient health system. She
  is currently the Founding Partner of Ainsley Advisory Group and an
  Entrepreneur-in-Residence with Yale Ventures\, advising startups\,
  investors\, and health systems on clinical AI deployment and go-to-market
  strategy.\n\nThis session will be especially valuable for students
  interested in health tech entrepreneurship\, clinical AI\, digital
  transformation\, and operating leadership\, offering a candid\,
  experience-based perspective on scaling impact in complex healthcare
  environments.\n\nThis event is part of Yale Ventures’ Innovators in
