  Sustainable and Transition Solutions (STS) team\, will lead a
  conversation on building a career in sustainable finance and transition
  strategy. The session will explore how sustainability is integrated into
  client engagements\, product development\, and firmwide strategy at a
  leading asset manager\, while also tracing Komal’s career pathway from
  Yale to BlackRock. Drawing on her experience\, Komal will share insights
  on the skills\, experiences\, and preparation needed for roles at the
  intersection of finance\, sustainability\, and client strategy\, along
  with practical advice for students interested in pursuing similar career
